THE GROCERY LIST

1 tablespoon white miso
1 (32 ounce) carton unsweetened cashew milk
2 (32 ounce) cartons vegetable broth
1 (3 ounce) bar vegan dark chocolate
1 (8 ounce) pack ramen noodles of choice
1 pound dried spaghetti
8 ounces gluten free orzo pasta
1 (14.5 ounce) can chickpeas
2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (12 ounce) jar buffalo sauce
1 (14 ounce) block firm tofu
1 (16 ounce) block extra-firm tofu
1 (10 ounce) bag cauliflower gnocchi
1 bag vegan cheese

Feedfeed Tip This is an awesome "clean out the fridge" sort of dinner.  Toss in whatever odds and ends you happen to have laying around. In fact, if you have leftover green tahini sauce from Wednesday, it would be delicious on these burrito bowls!

 

It's been a long week, you deserve a cookie (or two!). We love baking with almond butter, it gives cookies a nice 'buttery' and nutty flavor!
