THE GROCERY LIST

1 red grapefruit
1 orange
3 lemons
5 heads garlic
2 bunches broccolini
2 butternut squash
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
1 cucumber
1 avocado
1 large cucumber
2 cups watercress
1 bunch radishes
5 portobello mushrooms
1 bunch basil
8 ounces white mushrooms
2 pears
3 shallots
1 bunch fresh thyme
2 pound pork tenderloins
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pint whole fat greek yogurt
1 pint vanilla yogurt
1 pint heavy cream
½ cup dry white wine (or replace with chicken stock)
1 (8 ounce) package rice noodles
2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 (9 ounce) package pasta (grain-free, if desired)
1 (14.5 ounce) can coconut milk
1 quart chicken stock

Feedfeed Tip When frying garlic, be sure to keep a close eye on it. A golden brown color will add amazing flavor, but anything darker will start to impart bitterness.
