Maple Cinnamon and Ginger Roasted Pears with Vanilla Yogurt

Serves or Makes: 2 - 3


  • 2 pears, halved and cored
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/ 2 tablespoon ghee
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Walnuts, as garnish


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line an 8" x 8" pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Place pears onto the pan and drizzle over maple syrup and ghee. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Before serving, add a scoop of vanilla yogurt into the center of each pear and sprinkle with walnuts.
