It's officially fall and we're pulling out all the cozy recipes. This week's menu features pumpkin bread, steak and pizza.  What more could you want?

THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

2 yellow onions
1 shallot
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 (10 ounce) bag peas (fresh or frozen)
8 ounces fresh green beans
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch fresh thyme
2 limes
6 lemons
1 head cauliflower
3 large russet potatoes
1 small shallot
1 bunch chives
2 ripe bananas
1 pound cremini mushrooms
1 bunch purple kale 
1 pound long grain basmati rice 
1 quart unsweetened coconut beverage
1 quart chicken bone broth
1 (14.5-oz) can chickpeas
1 (16 ounce) jar unsweetened apple sauce
1 small bag or box of dates, pitted
2 cups cooked lentils (or 1 cup dry from the bulk section)
1 pound spaghetti
1 (8 ounce) jar pitted kalamata olives
1 (3.5 ounce) jar capers 
1 tin anchovies
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 pound salmon fillet
2 bone-in rib eye steaks, about 2 inches thick
1 (8 oz) container crumbled cup feta cheese
1 (8 oz) container grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) container greek yogurt
1 (8 ounce) ball fresh mozzarella
1 (4 oz) container mozzarella pearls
1 portion store-bought pizza dough

Feedfeed Tip When making lentils, add salt at the end of the cooking time. Adding it too soon can prevent the lentils from becoming tender.
