THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

5 onions
2 jalapeno or serrano peppers
1 (14.5 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
3 quarts vegetable stock
3 (14.5 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed
2 cups green beans
2 bunches kale
1 (14.5 ounce) can coconut milk
1 medium delicata squash
1 orange
1 tablespoon honey
2 shallots
1/2 pound Brussels sprouts
1 small head radicchio
1 green apple
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 pomegranate
2 large egg whites
4 cups pecans
16 ounces dried chickpeas
1/2 inch piece ginger, grated or minced
4 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
2 limes
1 bunch cilantro
1 pound basmati rice
4 spicy Italian style pork sausages (about 14 ounces total), casings removed and discarded
2 cups dry white wine (or replace with chicken stock)
1 pound bucatini
8 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
1 bunch fresh parsley
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
1 (7 ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 large bag tortilla chips
1 bunch radishes
½ pound cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 bunch scallions
1 red bell pepper
1 poblano pepper
1 pound ground turkey meat
1 quart chicken stock
1 (14.5 ounce) can red kidney beans
1 (14.5 ounce) can cannellini beans
1 box quinoa
1 quart unsweetened almond milk
