Thanksgiving is behind us which means that we get a quick break from holiday cooking, until it's time to get back into it come the end of December. During this holiday lull, we've whipped up an easy weekly meal plan that will help you get back into your routine.

THE GROCERY LIST

4 smoked sausages
1 head garlic
5 onions
2 jalapeños
2 teaspoons garam masala

3 (14-oz.) cans chickpeas

1 medium delicata squash
2 oranges 
1 shallot
1 bunch fresh kale
½ lb Brussels sprouts
1 small head radicchio
1 green apple
½  cup dried cranberries
1 pomegranate
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 (7-oz.) can chipotle in adobo
2 cups dried chickpeas
1/2 inch piece ginger
1 bunch cilantro
2 limes

2 acorn squash
2 cups baby spinach
1 red bell pepper
1 poblano pepper
1 pound ground turkey meat
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
