THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

3 (32-oz.) pkgs chicken or vegetable broth
1 pound carrots
2 watermelon radishes
4 tablespoons fresh edamame
2 green radishes
2 jalapenos
1 large knob fresh ginger
3 yellow onions
1 red onion
1 head cauliflower
1 head of garlic
2 limes
3 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 avocado
1 pomegranate 
1 butternut squash
1 handful arugula
Fresh thyme
Fresh sage
Fresh cilantro
Fresh basil
1 cup coarse polenta
 8 oz. butter
2 (15-oz.) cans pumpkin puree
1 dozen eggs
¼ cup toasted pumpkin seeds
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 (15-oz.) cans pinto beans
1 (15-oz.) can coconut milk
Greek yogurt
GF tortilla chips
1 small container almond milk
2 (3.5-oz) dark chocolate bars
1/2 cup sliced almonds

PANTRY ESSENTIALS

but if not, stock up!)

Coconut oil
Chili powder
Ground cumin
Chipotle chili powder
Ground cloves
Ground ginger
Tamari
Red pepper flakes
Almond butter
Sugar
Brown sugar
Almond flour
Cocoa powder
Baking soda
Flaky sea salt
