Spring may be on its way in, but we're still enjoying all that comfort food season has to offer. Plus, it's daylight savings this weekend so we have a quick and easy breakfast to help you make up for that lost hour of sleep!

THE GROCERY LIST

2 red onions
2 yellow onions
1 bunch scallions
1 head garlic
1 (10 ounce) pack snap peas
1 (10 ounce) pack snow peas (fresh or frozen)
2 (10 ounce) packages cremini mushrooms
1 pound carrots
1 (7 ounce) can tomato paste
3 lemons
1 bunch asparagus
1 bunch chives
1 shallot
4 small sweet potatoes
1 bunch fresh rosemary
2 (5 ounce) packs baby arugula
2 (5 ounce) packs baby spinach
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 avocados
2 limes
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen blueberries
1 quart unsweetened almond milk
16 ounces green French lentils
24 ounces polenta
1 (4.5 ounce) bottle nutritional yeast
1 quart vegetable stock
2 quarts chicken stock
1 bottle dry white wine (or replace with chicken stock)
1 pound rice or grain of choice
1 pound black Japonica rice
1 pound arborio rice
1 bag shelled hemp seeds
1 32 ounce bag rolled oats
1 jar salsa of choice
1 pack corn tortillas
4 fresh salmon fillets 
10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs 
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
1 large hunk Parmesan cheese
1 dozen eggs
