ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob, husks on
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish
- sea salt, as needed
Method
Step 1
Shuck the corn, being careful not the remove the husks fully from the cob. Gather the husks at the end of the cob.
Step 2
Preheat a gas grill on medium high and grill the corn. Cook until lightly charred, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and set aside.
Step 3
In a small heat proof bowl, add the butter. Melt in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add grated garlic, black pepper, sea salt, paprika, chopped cilantro, chopped basil, hot sauce and Parmesan.
Step 4
Brush the grilled corn while it is warm with the seasoned butter. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Serve.
