Cilantro Jalapeno Margarita

Fresh, spicy, and definitely in your face, this is a cocktail that you serve when you want a good kick of heat in your drink. I'm a firm believer if you have heat in your food and drinks, you should have enough that you can still taste the flavors, but, you get a strong punch from the peppers. This drink delivers that and then some. Jalapeños and cilantro are muddled in your cocktail shaker with the traditional base plus a touch of agave syrup. The pepper and cilantro permeate the drink with both heat and freshness. The salt is worth making as it gives each sip that extra bit of cilantro flavor, plus, it's so pretty with the flecks of green. So good and perfect for your next get together.
