Just because we're still holding tight for spring produce doesn't mean we aren't cooking up a storm! From chicken to tofu to fritters to falafel, there's lots to love on this menu! Happy cooking!

THE GROCERY LIST

1 (3.5 pound) whole chicken

1 (16 ounce) block firm tofu
1 (5 ounce) container coconut yogurt
8 ounces plain Greek yogurt

1 (12 ounce) bag frozen raspberries

2 bell peppers
2 zucchini

1 small butternut squash
