Granola
ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cinammon
- Salt to taste
Granola
Method
Step 1
Heat coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt for a couple of minutes. Add nuts, seeds and shredded coconut, stir to coat.
Step 2
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 min at 150ยฐC or 300F.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and wait 20 minutes until the mixture has cooled down and hardened. Break apart granola, add coconut flakes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Chia Pudding Bowl
ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
Chia Pudding Bowl
Step 1
Combine chia seeds and plant milk and mix until combined. Set aside until thickened (min 10 minutes)
Step 2
Add chia pudding to a bowl with berries, banana, 1/4 cup of the home made granola, coconut yogurt, and peanut butter. Enjoy!
