INGREDIENTS4-5 citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, clementine, orange and blood orange)75g feta, crumbled3 Tbsp pomegranate seeds2-3 Tbsp dukkah (feel fry to try pistachio dukkah)2 fresh basil leaves Drizzle of a vinaigrette, optionalDIRECTIONSPeel the citrus fruits using a knife, and remove as much of the white pith as possible. Cut into slices and remove any seeds. Spread the citrus slices, overlapping, on a platter and scatter with crumbled feta and pomegranate. Sprinkle with dukkah and some chopped basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
