ingredients
Baked Oatmeal
- 50 grams oat flour
- 20 grams salted caramel soy protein powder
- 180 ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cashew butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Caramel stevia drops
ingredients
Filling
- 1 teaspoon soy custard
ingredients
Toppings
- Apples, stewed in cinnamon and maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Blend the oats to create oat flour.
Step 2
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the filling and toppings.
Step 3
Pour 3/4 mixture into a greased ramekin and add the filling. Cover it up using the remaining mixture. Add the toppings.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan for approx 15-20 mins. Drizzle with sauce.
