- 5 ounces dates
- 7 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 7 tablepoons hazelnut butter
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/ 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ounce dark chocolate
Blend all ingredients for the "dough" by using your hands or a food processor. Feel free to adjust the measurements a little, if needed ( if it's too dry: add more dates or nut butter. If it's too sticky add more nuts).
Press the dough in a square form/box etc. and place it in the fridge. In the meanwhile melt the chocolate. Take the brownie batter out of the form and spread the chocolate over the dough. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt over it. Cut it and enjoy!
