Happy May! Warm summer days are near! Make these ginger and plum shrubs to ring in the begining of warm weather with this refreshing fragrant and sweet mocktail!

Recipe Card


  • 1 1/2 ounces black plum syrup, recipe below
  • 3/4 ounce Ginger Lime Element Shrub
  • Thyme
  • 2 ounces soda


  • Step 1

    Muddle thyme in a shaker with the shrub. Add the syrup. Add some ice. Shake and strain into a bormioli glass over new ice. Top with soda.

For the Black Plum Syrup


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 plums, chopped

To Make the Black Plum Syrup

  • Step 1

    Heat the sugar water mixture until sugar is dissolved. Add the plums - let it sit for 10-15 minutes to infuse and strain.
