- 1 1/ 2 ounces black plum syrup, recipe below
- 3/ 4 ounce Ginger Lime Element Shrub
- 2 ounces soda
Muddle thyme in a shaker with the shrub. Add the syrup. Add some ice. Shake and strain into a bormioli glass over new ice. Top with soda.
For the Black Plum Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 plums, chopped
To Make the Black Plum Syrup
Heat the sugar water mixture until sugar is dissolved. Add the plums - let it sit for 10-15 minutes to infuse and strain.
