Fresh Raspberry Napoleons

"Who’s interested in a beautiful but simple dessert. @thejudylab, editor at @thefeedfeed here again sharing my Raspberry Napoleon. Layers of puff pastry with fresh raspberries, salted whipped cream, drizzled with honey and garnished with mint. I like to chiffonade the mint, a fancy word for finely sliced so you get a little bit of mint in every bite. Get creative and make it as many layers as you'd like. Mine is only 2 layers, but the sky’s the limit, go for it! Big bonus is that this can be made in advance and easily assembled last minute."
