RECIPE:

Finely chop a few zucchini into half moon slices. Heat a generous glug of EV olive oil in a large skillet with finely sliced garlic and a pinch of hot pepper flakes. As soon as garlic sizzles, add the zucchini with a handful of halved cherry tomatoes. Toss over medium-high heat then reduce to medium and partially cover. Cook until zucchini is tender and transparent (but not mushy). Remove from heat and toss in some torn basil leaves. Serve with a smile and godete la bonta'
