- 2 tablespoons sandwich dressing, plus more as needed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Toasted bread (optional), for serving
- Cooked bacon (optional), for serving
Marinate the Tomatoes & Onions:

Toss the thinly sliced tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of sandwich dressing or a simple mixture of olive oil, red wine vinegar, and herbs (such as oregano or basil).

Prepare the Salad Base:
