ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup quinoa puffs
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Line a 20x20cm (8x8 inch) baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Combine very well all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture in the prepared pan and press down firmly.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
