Ingredients:
nori
cooked rice
cooked tofu
shredded carrots
shredded cabbage
avocado slices
Method:
Assemble sandwiches by placing nori sheet down, adding layer of rice, tofu, avocado, carrot and cabbage.
Then add another layed or rice and placed a second nori sheet on top. Dampen the edges of the nori and fold into a square.
