Tiradito Style Salmon


  • 3 ounces salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon aji amarillo paste or chili paste of choice


  • Step 1

    Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, mirin, and chili paste. Season to taste and drizzle over thinly sliced salmon. Garnish with scallions and toasted sesame seeds
