- 3 ounces salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon aji amarillo paste or chili paste of choice
Method
Step 1
Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, mirin, and chili paste. Season to taste and drizzle over thinly sliced salmon. Garnish with scallions and toasted sesame seeds
