Recipe Intro From andrealoretdemola
Burrata is the soft italian cheese that dreams are made of! With a mild creamy interior, she is a friend to both sweet and savory foods like prosciutto, peaches, winter citrus, tomato, radicchio and toasted nuts. This cheese is a staple in my fridge and is generally devoured in seconds once the plate hits the table. It is incredibly versatile, and so simple to put together. Burrata should be served at room temperature, so let it sit out on your counter a little bit before serving. For simplicity at its finest, spread burrata over warm toasted bread with pools of flavorful extra-virgin olive oil, a generous sprinkle of flaky sea salt and a few good cranks of coarse black pepper. Pair it with a full bodied red wine and enjoy your night in!
