The Butterfly Pea Tea slowly seeps it's violet color as it's turned into ice cubes, so you're just mixing Champagne, gin and lemon juice and honey!

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce honey
  • 3 ounces Champagne
  • Butterfly Pea Tea, frozen into ice cubes


  • Step 1

    To make the butterfly pea tea ice cubes, make the tea according to package directions, allow it to cool, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze completely.

  • Step 2

    Combine gin, lemon juice, and honey into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Add butterfly tea ice cubes to a tall cocktail glass. Pour in gin mixture and watch it turn a beautiful purple before your eyes.

  • Step 4

    Top off with Champagne and enjoy!
