  • 9 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (can also use vegan cream cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons homemade chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Toppings: banana, chia seeds, cherry tomatoes, poppy seeds, blueberries, lemon rind, figs, honey, pistachios, raspberries, red currants


  • Step 1

    Toast the slices of bread in a toaster oven.

  • Step 2

    Spread peanut butter on one slice of toasted bread. Top the bread with banana slices and chia seeds.

  • Step 3

    Next, spread cream cheese on three slices of toasted bread. Top the first slice with sliced cherry tomatoes and poppy seeds. To the second piece of toast add blueberries and lemon rind. Lastly, top the third piece of toast with figs, a drizzle of honey, and pistachios.

  • Step 4

    Spread homemade chocolate hazelnut butter onto two slices of toasted bread. Top one slice with raspberries and the other slice with red currants.

  • Step 5

    Top the final piece of toasted sourdough bread with avocado.
