ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Parchment Baking Paper
- 1 filet salmon
- Sliced lemon, for serving
Method
Step 1
Drizzle oil into a skillet and bring to high heat.
Step 2
Place the parchment baking paper in the pan to evenly coat both sides in oil.
Step 3
Place the fish skin-side down on top of the parchment baking paper. Reduce heat to medium-high.
Step 4
Sear for 5-6 minutes while the salmon is skin-side down.
Step 5
Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve on a bed of sliced lemon.
