- 4 large peaches, halved
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cream, (optional), for serving
Heat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake the halves of the peaches cut side down for 15 minutes. Then turn them over and sprinkle with cinnamon and brush with honey on top and grill for 5 more minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite ice cream.
