ingredients
- 1 fresh fig
- 1 1/2 ounce bourbon
- 1 ounce tangerine juice (or orange juice)
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- ginger beer, to top
Method
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker muddle fig. Add bourbon, tangerine juice, maple syrup, and bitters. Shake with a few pieces of ice.
Step 2
Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.
Step 3
Top with ginger beer and garnish with half a fig and a twist of orange.
