Ingredients

50 ml Heritage Distilling Co Batch No. 12 Bourbon

8 oz hot apple cider

3 tsp pumpkin butter

pinch of salt

garnish with star anise

Directions

Heat apple cider in a saucepan and sitr in pumpkin butter until combined. Pour into a glass. Add salt and top with bourbon. Garnish with star anise and serve.
