- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 1 tablespoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg white
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 3
Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and spread out slightly, ensuring to leaves small clumps.
Step 4
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove once lightly toasted and fragrant.
