"How do you stir fry veggies at home? Or wondered how to incorporate more warm veggie dishes? Today I have not only one but two simple veggie stir fry for you!😋⁣ ⁣ I make a lot of veggie stir-fries because:⁣ - it is the simplest way for me to add more veggies at the dinner table⁣ - we want some warm vegetable dishes (especially when it's cold outside)⁣ ⁣ You may have seen a Seasonal Vegetable section on the menu when you dine at some restaurants here. The waitstaff will then ask how you would like your vegetables cooked, usually in these 2 styles: Clear Stir-Fry (清 炒, Qīng chǎo) or Stir-Fry with garlic or ginger. Clear stir fry means quick toss in hot oil, then season with salt (sometimes soy sauce) and no other spices. ⁣ ⁣ There are many ingredients combination when it comes to stir-fry. And, today, I'm sharing 2 simple veggie stir fry that only takes less than 20 minutes to cook🤩 (each) plus they cost less than $10 in total. If you have made my vegan 'oyster' sauce (stir-fry sauce) then it's the perfect seasoning for stir-frying. ⁣ ⁣ Please also check out my blog for other veggie combinations and tips on how to extend the shelf life of store-bought mung bean sprouts.💕⁣"
