I worked at a juicery for about 5 years and my favorite juices were always the ginger shots 🤭 In my opinion, ginger shots should be potent enough to give a good burn and they must have turmeric. Here is how I make mine sans juicer at home.

Wash all produce before chopping.

ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped ginger root
  • 1 cup chopped turmeric root
  • 1 chopped granny smith apples
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend it all in high speed blender, strain with a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth/nut milk bag, add the black pepper, and keep sealed in a jar!

  • Step 2

    Take a couple ounces daily for immune support and anti inflammatory benefits
