ingredients
- 2 cups chopped ginger root
- 1 cup chopped turmeric root
- 1 chopped granny smith apples
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Method
Step 1
Blend it all in high speed blender, strain with a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth/nut milk bag, add the black pepper, and keep sealed in a jar!
