A Note from Feedfeed

No-bake gluten-free cookie dough stuffed in between two gluten-free pretzels, then dipped in melted chocolate. This mini no bake dessert is easy to make, and recommended to make a big batch and stash the rest in the freezer for a quick grab-and-go sweet/salty snack.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Gluten-free pretzels
  • Chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine nut butter, coconut flour, liquid sweetener, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Roll dough into 1 inch balls and let sit in the fridge for approx. 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Place dough in between pretzels carefully so pretzels don’t break.

  • Step 4

    Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 second segments until melted thoroughly.

  • Step 5

    Dunk pretzel sandwiches into chocolate and place back in the fridge for an hour! I recommend storing in the fridge as well.
