ingredients
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 2 cups coconut sugar
- 1/2 cups plus 2-4 tablespoons madjool dates
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon water
Method
Step 1
first make the Vegan salted caramel ix everything and consistently stir as it boils on medium heat until. It will take about 35-45 minute to cook down . You can test the consistency along the way .
Step 2
Make the bars :In a bowl put all the ingredients and with your hands combine till turns one United dough ( add splash of water if some of it still not sticking together well ). Start pressing the dough to create the shape of rectangle ( watch tutorial 📹) don’t cut yet into bars
Step 3
✨THE FINAL STEP ✨ Spread the salted caramel sauce over the rectangle bars dough and let it cool in the fridge till the caramel spread is firm . Using a sharp knife 🔪 cut - using those quantity of ingredients made 6 Twix bars .
