ingredients
- 1 small bag multicolored potatoes, halved
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red Thai curry
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with lemon juice, oil and spices. Once evenly coated, spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes.
