Pumpkin Cheesecake

"My reinvented pumpkin cheesecake recipe is most definitely the most popular recipe, especially in the fall {besides the tiramisu} ...and it happens to be my favorite pumpkin dessert too. The new version is a new favorite of mine, though I left the older version up as well because... sometimes you just can't mess with success {...and I know I'll get in trouble with a few ...erm... passionate people if I do} {Off topic, but who knew that changing a recipe could generate so much heat sometimes...! } Which would you make New or old I vote for new {though I am definitely a sucker for the older's golden-hued crust}."
