Fava Bean Curry

(9)
"Those Fava Beans - Done I soaked the beans overnight and then pressure cooked them together with salt and asafoetida. I cooked in seasoned mustard oil and tempered it with mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and red onions. I added in only red chilli powder and that garam masala powder, that my mamma @neelam.diddee makes; to flavour. I added in fresh coriander, the cooked beans; along with the water they were cooked in and simmered along with kokum. I finished with coconut milk. So yummy to slurp away bowlfuls, despite the heat.
