- 1 pound ground beef, (or 4 prepared burgers of choice)
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1 cup caramelized onions and mushrooms
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 1/ 4 cup Dijon mustard
- 4 pretzel burger buns
- Bibb lettuce, for serving (optional)
- 4 slices Finlandia Swiss Cheese
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Season burgers with salt to taste. Grill for about 3 minutes on the first side, then flip and top with Finlandia Swiss Cheese. Cook for about 3 more minutes for medium-rare, or 5 more minutes for a medium.
Spread a tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the top of each pretzel bun.
To assemble the burgers: place grilled burgers on the bottom pretzel bun, then top with caramelized onions and mushrooms, two slices of bacon, some lettuce if using. Place top pretzel bun and serve immediately.
