While many things are uncertain right now, this is for sure--you can still prepare a yummy Passover seder for your close family this year! Just because the crowd is smaller doesn't mean the food is going to be any less delicious. Happy Passover!

3 medium shallots
4 yellow onions
1 bunch celery
1 head garlic

1 head romaine lettuce (butter, spinach or arugula are great options)
1 head radicchio
1 bulb fennel
4 lemons
1 lb russet potatoes
1 pound mixed fresh mushrooms
1 container matzo meal

1 small container sour cream
1 small container applesauce
1 cup dried mushrooms
1 (7 pound) beef brisket,
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (32 ounce) container chicken broth 
1 box gluten-free matzo
1 pint heavy cream
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 lb non dairy butter
½ lb unsalted butter
