This week we've chosen to highlight the now revered Brussels sprouts! Once on the list of "veggies people can't stand", they are now cemented into people's hearts thanks to their dynamic flavor and texture. We start out with a beef and Brussels sprouts stir fry, move into a sheet pan dinner with halloumi and roasted veg and finish off with a pizza layered with beautiful fall flavors.
