Whole Roasted Cabbage With Dried Plums, Capers And Olives

When roasted whole, cabbage becomes tender, silky and almost sweet. It’s mid-winter cooking at its finest. Cut the cabbage into thick wedges and serve over rice to soak up the sauce.
