8 ounces bocconcini (or 8 ounces fresh mozzarella)
2 quarts milk
1 dozen eggs
2 pounds chicken thighs
1 ¼ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 pounds pasta
1 package tortillas
2 sweet potatoes
1 red onion
1 yellow onion
1 shallot
1 bunch scallions
1 head garlic
1 head cabbage
½ pound broccoli
3 red bell peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
1 avocado
2 zucchini
1 lemon
3 limes
1 watermelon
4 dried chili peppers
1 bunch fresh thyme
1 bunch fresh oregano
1 bunch fresh mint
