THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

2 bunches cilantro
1 bunch fresh oregano
1 jalapeño
1 large knob ginger
2 shallots
4 limes
1 lb snap peas
4 baby bok choy
3 medium sweet potatoes
1 red chilli
1 bunch greens of choice (spinach, collard greens, kale)
1 (8 oz) box or bag of frozen spinach
1 lb frozen diced sweet potatoes
1 avocado
1 (8 oz) bag frozen blueberries
2 campari or other tomatoes
2 small red or yellow onions
3 lemons
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
8 skinless boneless chicken cutlets, or boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 (16 ounce) fresh mozzarella
1 (15 oz.) can coconut milk
1 pint heavy cream
1 (8 oz) container grated parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz) container greek yogurt
1 (16 oz ) bag fine almond flour
1 (28 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 (16 oz) bag rice
3 cups cooked rice, quinoa, or other grain of your choice
1 (15 oz) can black beans
1 (8 oz) container raw cashews
1 (7 oz) chipotle chile in adobo sauce
1 box granola of choice 
6 dates
1/4 cup macadamia nuts (or almonds)
1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut
1 (8 oz) pack of roasted peanuts
1/4 cup dry white wine (or replace chicken stock)
1 quart chicken stock
1 lb angel hair pasta

THE RECIPES
One Skillet Lemon Chicken

With one pan to clean and lots of lemony flavor, this hearty dish can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. Weeknight dinner gold!

Coconut Cauliflower Tacos

A new look for taco night! The cauliflower is marinated in an unsweetened plant-based coconut beverage with a mix of spices and lime zest. That brine is then used to make a turmeric-spiced quinoa and a luscious tahini drizzle. Yum!
