This week's menu has flavors from India, France, Korea, Italy and a few places in between!

THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)


1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
White wine (of chicken stock)
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Rice
2 sweet potatoes
1 can black beans
Red onion
Red cabbage
Scallions
Cilantro
Jalapeno
Avocado
Lime
Prepared pesto
1 package tortelloni or tortellini (fresh or frozen)
¼ lb sliced hard salami
1 can artichoke hearts
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cucumbers
Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
4 6oz salmon filets
Green Vegetable of choice ( we suggest Bok Choy)
2 heads cauliflower (Purple if possible)
1 fennel bulb
Ginger
2 onions
1 lb carrots
2 eggplant
2 cups paneer
2 cans coconut milk
Baby spinach
Puff pastry
2 large slicing tomatoes (heirloom or beefsteak)
Oregano

THE RECIPES
Serve this rich chicken over angel hair pasta and a side salad for a restaurant-worthy dinner at home.

Feedfeed Tip This recipe calls for boneless chicken thighs, but bone-in thighs are often more affordable as well as moreflavorful.  If you choose to use bone-in, just increase the cooking time by 5-10 minutes.

Grilled Salmon with Spicy Korean Marinade by @limjenjen

If it's still a little too chilly to grill near you, this fish works well under a broiler as well. Serve with steamed rice and your green vegetable of choice.
