Tomato & Pesto Puff Pastry Tart

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/ 4 cup pesto
  • Oregano, for garnish

    Preheat oven to 400˚ F. On a floured surface roll out the puff pastry. Layer the pastry with pesto, then sliced tomato. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden. Top with fresh oregano and enjoy!
