ingredients
- 250 grams Portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sliced Onion
- 1 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoons Chilli pwd
- 12 teaspoons Salt
- 1 chopped Garlic
- 1 cups Coconut cream
- fresh Lime
Method
Step 1
Heat a pan with the oil.
Step 2
👉Sauté the onion and the mushrooms till brown and caramelised, toss regularly.
Step 3
👉Add the coconut cream, salt, garlic and chilli pwd to the mushrooms.
Step 4
👉Allow the sauce to simmer and reduce and glaze the mushrooms.
Step 5
👉Serve in a burger bun and enjoy.
