RECIPE:
Layer: Sesame Grilled Tempeh, Satay Sauce, Avocado, Shredded Kale, Carrot Ribbons, Caramelised Onion & Hummus
NOTE: for a quick satay spread for your sandwich simply whisk 1 tbsp peanut butter with 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp maple syrup, a pinch of ginger powder, pinch of onion powder, a little salt/pepper & thin with hot water.
