Roasted Fennel, Butternut Squash And Onions

"Roasted fennel, butternut squash, and onions, with spices. This was one of my favorite Thanksgiving side dishes and one that I found because I needed several dishes that didn't have any dairy for my sister. It was fantastic! I loved the combination of vegetables and the spices were subtle but worked perfectly. This is from Bon Appetit magazine and it's called spiced winter squash with fennel and it's worth making."
