"Chorizo and potato #tacos done breakfast style with an egg and served with roasted green tomatillo salsa and fresh squeezed orange juice. Spicy chorizo is cooked with onions and then the potatoes are folded in until the edges begin to crisp and the potatoes soak in some of the delicious juices from the chorizo. The roasted tomatillo salsa brought fresh bright flavors to the dish. Topped with an egg, cotija, cilantro, and delicious @formosasauce habanero hot sauce from this month's @hatchery box. If you haven't tried their hot sauces I highly recommend them.
