Rosemary Infused Vodka Gimlet

"When I was in college, my go-to "big girl" drink with my girlfriends was a Ketel One gimlet. We'd prepare them with Rose's lime juice and lots of ice, probably to mask the fact that our palettes were way less sophisticated than we believed them to be 😂 In the ensuring years, both me and my tastes buds have grown up, and nowadays I sip a proper gimlet, straight up with lots of fresh lime juice and home-made simple syrup. This rosemary infused gimlet is an homage to my roots, with an herby twist. Simple but sophisticated, it's the perfect balance of sweet and sour with a punch of earthiness and an incredible aroma."
